Welcome!

As a busy mom of 2 balancing work with motherhood without family or much of a support system nearby, I understand moms need more than just fitness classes. Strength by Sara aims to provide education, resources and a sense of community.

After an easy first pregnancy ended in an unexpected C-section, I was determined to learn as much as possible about prenatal and postpartum fitness. From working with Pelvic Floor Physical Therapists to rehab and rebuild core strength to continuing education seminars and Pre/Postnatal Fitness Trainer courses I went into my second pregnancy much more prepared. The knowledge and experience gained in those years empowered me to come out of my second pregnancy stronger than ever. 

That feeling is exactly what I hope to share with you!
